Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed. As our mystery bundles are lovingly curated to order, please allow up to 2 working days before dispatch. You'll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your bundle is on its way!

UK Shipping

We ship UK orders using a variety of couriers. Standard delivery takes approximately 5 working days. Free shipping is available on all mystery and limited edition bundles and for UK orders over £20. We will provide you with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

US Shipping & Customs Policy

We love sending our products across the Atlantic! To make your experience completely stress-free, our shipping charges include an amount to cover estimated duties and import taxes, so your order should arrive with no additional charges payable on delivery.

No hidden bills;— you won't receive an unexpected customs charge before your package is delivered
Doorstep delivery;— your order will be handed over to USPS on arrival in the US and delivered straight to your door

Shipping Service & Delivery Times

All US orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked, which hands over to USPS once it reaches the US border.

Delivery time: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days from dispatch
Tracking included: You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your bundle leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey all the way to your door
